Halloween!

We took the polaris out for trick or treating.We have done this for a couple of years.
I guess it's the lazy way to trick or treat or the redneck way...maybe both!

Trunk or Treat!

I took a few pictures Friday night at trunk or treat.The kids had a really fun time.Taylor is Harry Potter and Kara is a ghost.Kara won the award for "Scariest Costume" The bishopric were the judges in the costume contest.They said Kara said "boo" to everyone there that night and scared them all. She was so excited!! Even though she wasn't scary at all. =)

We took a few pictures on Tuesday when Adrianne and Evan came to visit.Evan was having a "candy meltdown" during the picture taking. So he would have nothing to do with us.

More Ren Fest

The first picture is of a guy dressed up like a tree....interesting for sure~ Kara's favorite thing about the renaissance festival is her favorite fairy "Twig".Every year she gives Kara a special stone and plays the flute for her. The other pic is of some crazy dude,I think he was putting lighter fluid in his mouth and then spitting it onto the fire.Kara and Taylor thought it was the coolest thing ever.

We had a great time at the festival on Saturday.I will post some more pics,I couldn't fit them all in one post.

We all went to Lin's on Saturday.We had a fun time. We played kick ball and had a few sword fights.

Thom is trying to teach Taylor the art of "grass cuttin". Taylor cut most of the front yard by himself yesterday.He said it was easy except for when he had to turn!

First Day of School !!

Kara and Taylor had a great day at school today. Kara likes her teachers and class.Taylor is still undecided. Just what I expected from both of them =)

T-ball practice

Kara is on a special t ball team for the fall season.We have only had practice so far,I think next Saturday will be the first official game and team pictures.She is excited about it,I will add more pictures next week.
